Description

The K-Jetronic system is known as the continuous injection system (CIS). Fuel is continually supplied through the injectors. The incoming air quantity governs the amount of fuel distributed by the fuel distributor.

K- Lamda Jetronic

Description

The K-Lamda Jetronic system is known as the continuous injection system (CIS) with feedback control or closed-loop system. The air/fuel mixture is monitored by the oxygen (lamda) sensor in the exhaust manifoold. The lamda control unit uses the information to regulate the proper air/fuel mixture.

The D- Jetronic system uses a manifold pressure sensor to measure the amount of air coming into the intake. This system also know as the MPC system
