A. Cores - No or Partial Credit For

       1. Broken
       2. Tampered or Open
       3. Disassembled

B. Warranty

       1. All products are guaranteed for 2 years (24 months) no mileage limit.
       2. Any abused, disassembled or otherwise tampered with unit may not be replaced or            refunded in total at the discretion of Jaytan.
       3. Any product to be a warranty return must be assigned an RGA number from            Jaytan or the warranty item will be returned with no credit.
       4. Unit is broken, disassembled or tampered with in any way no warranty creit will be             issued.
       5.  Restocking fee of 25% will apply on any unit returned that is found to be free of any             manufacturer defects or warranty.

 
C. Returned goods other than warranty reasons

       1. Jaytans policy is that the customer does not have the right to return any Jaytan            product without an RGA number
       2. Types of reasons for returns other than warranty include but are not limited to do not            want the product outright, wrong product ordered, my mechanic says not to use             remanufactured parts etc.
       3. Any unit which Jaytan agrees to evaluate for possible return must be assigned an RGA            number issued by Jaytan Industries, Inc.
